The service the last two months as been terribly, I lost internet for nine days, when reporting the the breakdown I have the phone put down on me three times. Before the breakdown my internet speed was 15 since the repair it's 2 so nothing works, I am now in the process of leaving Talkandyou. We have been with you for about 10 years.

the company does not exist,they have obsolete telephone numbers and no web site you get directed to masmovils they gave me numbers to call who speak english i cannot contact them avoid joining them

I cannot get through to your Customer Services - I want to report problems with my router & accessing the internet and if I call 800007339 I get a recorded message saying \"just one moment please\" and then the line cuts off. I NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK < IN ENGLISH< TO CUSTOMER SERVICES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO CANCEL THE BANK DIRECT DEBIT TO TALK&YOU AND SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROVIDER. I have even sent an email but no-one has bothered to reply. Or, can someone call me on my land line. Thank you.
