El pasado 4 de noviembre me vendieron un anorac Nevica para la nieve en el Trocathlon de GRV2, de Hospitalet, Barcelona, por 16€ con el 20% por ser el ultimo día. Ayer fui a Decathlon de GV2 para hacer una compra y canjearlo y no hay constancia del mismo. A mi me enviaron un mensaje comunicándomelo pero, no sé el motivo pero no lo encuentro y parece ser, que sin el, no me lo canjean. Solicito, por favor, revisen esa venta y me den alguna respuesta. No entiendo nada y por supuesto no estoy de acuerdo con el sistema que tienen. Espero sus noticas lo antes posible. Gracias
